Inspired by a 1960s photograph by Guido Stilon (1932 - 1975) - a pioneering post-war Maltese photographer who captured the character of the islands during a turbulent era of change and uncertainty - the design recalls a rare sight in Malta at the time, when water skiing was only just emerging as a symbol of modern leisure. Blending archival authenticity with retro travel-poster styling, the artwork evokes both the excitement of a new era and the timeless tranquility of island life.
